It's Not Me, It's You! Changing Defensive Communication™

Regular price $ 45.00

If you're like the rest of us, you don't enjoy diving into contentious conversations. But sometimes, you can't avoid it. Whether it's a misunderstanding with a coworker, a disagreement with a neighbor, or hurt feelings among relatives, talking about difficult topics is, well, tough.

It's not just you. Truthfully, traversing our current communication climate has become more challenging lately. These are difficult communicative times, which means it’s more important than ever to step up your communication skills. This is especially imperative as you influence those around you because you're a leader, a parent, partner, or a member of the community.

At this intimate workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Declaw & demystify defensive conversations
  • Better handle yourself in the moment of defensiveness
  • Teach others (at work and at home) how to better navigate these messy moments

The best part is you will leave with an immediate game plan to make changes. Together we can positively impact our world!

What is this about donating profits?
In my early 20's I was deeply affected by a death. Because of this, profits from this event will be donated to GrieveWell, a nonprofit in Ann Arbor that seeks to build a community that more effectively supports healthy grieving and healing. More about their mission: https://grievewell.com/
